The Evolution: From Trusted Connector to Founder and Chief Connector of TRUnnections
My name is Tamara Lopata.

I am known for building genuine, trusted relationships in the technology community. For nearly two decades, I’ve seen firsthand that a robust, authentic network is the single greatest accelerator for any career.
​​​
But a challenge has emerged over the last several years. High-potential leaders—who spent more time leading than networking—are finding themselves scrambling during job transitions or feeling professionally stagnant. They need support now, but their networks are thin.

This spurred me to formalize the support that’s been integral to
